Advanced Trainer – Sustainability Advisory (traineeship) As a Sustainability and Energy Transition Trainee you will work for a municipality, water authority or advisory firm. You contribute to the energy transition by engaging stakeholders, driving plans, and helping meet climate goals. Program Overview The traineeship includes online self‑study (approx 15 hours), a 10‑week team project, and support from our consultancy and field specialists. Responsibilities Engage stakeholders to promote sustainable energy solutions. Develop and implement transition plans to meet climate targets. Participate in learning modules and team projects. Qualifications HBO or WO diploma in sustainability, energy, engineering, planning, geography, law, or a related field. Several years of work experience (not a starter). Strong Dutch language proficiency. Drive to sustain, open to learning, environmental sensitivity. Benefits Year‑long contract with salary €3,600–€5,600 brut per month.
