For further information about this position please apply.What You’ll Do• Hunt & Close: Identify and engage high-potential leads through cold outreach, scientific presentations and tailored proposals.• Strategic Partnerships: Forge alliances with key opinion leaders, CROs and technology partners to accelerate adoption.• Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop territory and account plans, set quarterly targets, and forecast pipeline to hit stretch goals.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing to shape conference presence, case studies and digital campaigns that resonate with cell-therapy audiences.• Customer Insights: Gather real-world feedback to inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities.Who We’re Looking For• 5+ years in B2B life-science sales with a proven “hunter” mentality and track record of overachievement• Strong scientific literacy—comfortable discussing GMP cell-culture processes and bioreactor performance• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills• Experience with CRM systems and quotation-generation tools• Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in at least one additional language is a plus• Self-starter who thrives in a flat-hierarchy environment and can pivot quickly as priorities evolve• Willingness to travel ~40% (conferences, customer sites, internal offsites)What We Offer• Market-conform salary + full benefits + performance-based bonus plan• We encourage your own initiative and give you space to translate your ideas into success• Thanks to our engaged colleagues, communication lines are short and the atmosphere is open and informal• Career paths into Commercial Leadership—grow as we grow
