This is a consultative sales role focused on helping companies improve efficiency by connecting and automating their systems.You’ll work closely with technical consultants and solution architects to shape the right offer, but your strength lies in understanding client needs, qualifying leads, and managing stakeholder relationships from first call to project kick-off.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition across target sectors in Europe and North AmericaConduct qualification and discovery meetings with potential clientsIdentify integration opportunities based on business workflows and system gapsPresent tailored ERP and iPaaS-based service solutionsCollaborate with pre-sales and technical teams on proposals and scopesMaintain a high level of communication with prospects and guide them through onboardingContribute to refining sales strategies and market positioningIdeal Candidate Profile:5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, ERP, IT consultancy, or integration servicesConfident in client-facing discussions around process optimization and digital transformationAble to navigate conversations with C-level and department leads (Finance, Ops, Tech)Knowledge of systems like ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, or middleware is a plusPrevious exposure to tools like NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is highly beneficialStrong communication and presentation skillsProactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven work styleBonus Skills / Experience:Experience in system integration projects or cloud solution salesFamiliarity with iPaaS platforms, tax automation tools, or multi-system architecturesMultilingual (English required, Dutch or German is a plus)What’s on Offer:Work in a high-trust, flat-structured company with room for autonomyCollaborate with a close-knit team of senior consultants and architectsCompetitive base salary and bonus/commission packageOpportunity to grow into a strategic sales or partnership role
