GP-Connect is a rapidlygrowing recruitment agency scale-up, headquarters in the heart of Breda. We arerecruiting and providing experienced staff and candidates for our clients allaround the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg.
We want togrow our brand, and we are currently looking for a passionate EmployeeRelations Officer to help us do that. In this position, you will bethe first point of contact of our employees working in hotels, restaurants, andholiday parks. What you’ll do:
· Focusing on managing the relationship between ourexternal employees and the company, including conflict resolution and employeegrievances.
· Acting asthe primary point of contact for our external employees, addressing their enquiries andconcerns.
· Providingassistance and support to external employees, including in their onboarding andoffboarding.
· Providingpolicy and procedure guidelines to our external employees.
· Helpingwith organisational development and supporting management in solvingorganisational, people- and change-related issues.
· Maintaininga talent pipeline by developing strong relationships with our externalemployees.
What we look for in a newcolleague:
· Bachelor’sdegree in a relevant subject
· At least 1year of experience (preferably worked directly with people)
· Knowledgeof Dutch Labour Law is a plus
· Enjoyworking with people on a daily basis
· Ability tomanage several projects/priorities at the same time in a fast-paced environment
· Creativeand resourceful problem-solver, who is able to think out of the box
· Patient,active listener, with a hands-on mindset
· Able toread the needs of the staff and the different situations
· Strongorganisational skills, attention to details, and able to multitask
· Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English
· Fluency inanother EU language preferred.
