This is a unique opportunity to lead engineering efforts that drive meaningful social, environmental, and economic change – not just through real estate, but through the technology and systems that power it.Primary Responsibilities You will be leading a cross-functional team of Fronted, Back end and QA engineersHave an impact in the full development life cycle; from ideation and planning through to development and testingCollaborate with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Scientists. Work with Python, Airflow, PostgreSQL, KafkaProvide architectural direction, promote collaboration and engagement in the product teamWork closely with other Managers on cross team topics Education and Experience6 + years of software development experience, and at least 2 years in leadership roles; Experience developing public APIs with OpenAPI specifications and service-level contracts Experience working with map and location libraries (eg. Mapbox) Experience with coaching, mentoring and growing team members.
