Job Role: Associate Supply Chain Import/Export (Level 3)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable professional to join the Supply Chain team as an Associate Import/Export Specialist. This role focuses on coordinating end-to-end shipment processes, handling import and export documentation, and ensuring compliant and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products worldwide. You will partner with third-party logistics providers, internal departments, and international customers to support smooth operations and continuous improvement within a GMP/GDP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure reliable and timely execution of Order-to-Invoice activities, including import and export shipments.
- Handle and process export/import documentation in compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Book and monitor shipments, proactively addressing potential issues to avoid delays.
- Support order accuracy, returns, and problem resolution in line with defined procedures.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers, distributors, and on-site departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers in a diverse, international environment.
- Identify and support process improvements, contributing to KPIs and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of Supply Chain/logistics experience, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated industry, preferably within pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of order processing, logistics flows, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with international transport documentation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with computer-based work and data handling.

- Duration: +12 months
- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Model: Full-time, 40 hours per week
