Are you an experienced IT recruiter ready to connect global IT talent with leading clients in the Netherlands?

At Wypoon Technologies in Breda, we’re looking for a driven IT Recruiter to strengthen our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our internal account managers and IT specialists from around the world. You’ll play a key role in building lasting connections between ambitious organizations and top international IT professionals.

What you will do

  • Source IT professionals through our ATS (Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.
  • Work closely with account managers to quickly follow up on client requests.
  • Build and maintain a strong international candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews and assess technical profiles.
  • Guide candidates from first contact through to placement.
  • Share insights by structuring and analyzing pipeline data.
  • Act as a true matchmaker: connecting the right IT specialist to the right opportunity.

What you bring

  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT recruiter (agency or in-house).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and account managers.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • Good understanding of IT roles in software, cloud, data, security, and infrastructure.
  • A proactive and structured way of working – you keep oversight, take initiative, and get things done.
  • Experience with international hiring / highly skilled migrants is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Availability: at least 32 hours per week and living in or near Breda.
