Job Summary:As a Key Account Manager (Dutch Speaking), you will be responsible for managing, growing, developing, and retaining a range of key accounts for Avendra International. You can be based anywhere in the Netherlands but will be required to travel across the country and wider Europe. You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts. Your role will ensure customer satisfaction and deliver long-term value to both the client and Avendra.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure long-term success.Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits while ensuring client satisfaction.Progress Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Performance Tracking: Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).Collaborative Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver tailored solutions.Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities to gain experience business with existing clients by up-selling and cross-selling.Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.Qualifications:Significant experience in key account management, sales, or client-facing roles.Experience in managing a multimillion portfolio (Essential).
