We are currently looking for and experienced Lead Engineer who can manage (large) offshore windfarm projects, having both a strong engineering but also installation background.

Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the engineering, preparation, and execution of offshore projects.
- Develop detailed method statements to ensure smooth execution of works offshore.
- Review and validate the engineering department’s outputs, including detailed reports, procedures, manuals, and method statements.
- Prepare comprehensive work-packs for the project’s preparatory phase.
- Optimize and implement method statements on-site and take the lead when necessary.
- Handle ad hoc project requirements and actively respond to questions from project management.
- Ensure effective planning, reporting, budget control, and cost monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Dredging, or Marine Engineering.
- Proven experience in offshore wind farms installation projects is a must.
- Willingness to work abroad on vessels or project sites as well as in the office.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Holding EU citizenship
