Oracle MDM Technical Lead – Contract (6 Months) – Breda, Netherlands (4 days on site)- €650-€750 p/day
Our client is undergoing a major data transformation initiative and is seeking an experienced Oracle MDM Technical Lead to join them on a 6-month contract basis (extension likely). This role is based in Breda, Netherlands, the client is open to candidates who are currently based in the EU/EEA and willing to relocate.

Role overview:
As the Oracle MDM Technical Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving data quality improvements in preparation for Aurora mock conversion cycles. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of sustainable MDM and data cleansing solutions that align with business objectives. This includes data quality frameworks, metadata management, and technical leadership in integration discussions across applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement MDM solutions that support the organization’s data quality objectives.
- Define and maintain master data models and metadata structures.
- Develop and enforce data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to business needs.
- Define and monitor data quality metrics and thresholds.
- Lead sustainable data cleansing and remediation initiatives to resolve duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
- Establish metadata repositories and ensure metadata integrity.
- Participate in interface and integration discussions related to master data across boundary applications.
- Support SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities from an MDM perspective
Required Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle MDM, specifically in the Customer and Supplier modules.
- Deep expertise with Oracle’s Trading Community Architecture (TCA).
- Proven experience as a technical lead in Oracle MDM with a focus on data quality.
- Experience working with Fusion Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with data quality tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration capabilities, with experience working in cross-functional environments.
