Global Impact: Contribute to the production of life-saving medicines, vaccines, and active substances.Your Role as Production Support Operator:You will be an essential part of the production team, supporting critical activities across Upstream/Downstream Processing and Fill & Finish. You’ll ensure smooth, compliant operations in a cleanroom environment, adhering to the highest industry standards (FDA/GMP).Key Responsibilities:Execute production tasks strictly following FDA/GMP guidelines.Provide hands-on support in cleanroom operations for various processing stages.Prepare buffers and solutions, perform filtration steps.Accurately manage production documentation using process software.Clean, sterilize, and depyrogenate materials and equipment.Assemble sterile components.Weigh and manage raw materials.Monitor equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain an organized workspace.Champion our “safety first, quality always” culture and contribute to process improvements.Your Skills and Experience:Background in MLO/HLO and equivelent, or VAPRO A/B/C qualification.Previous experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not essential – we value your potential!A strong team player with a proactive and quality-focused mindset.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a regulated environment (FDA/GMP).Proficient in English (written and spoken).Familiarity with Microsoft Office and comfort using computerized production systems.Interested?
