We’re looking for a boots-on-the-ground leader – someone who thrives on delivering complex works, leads from the front, and knows how to get things done.If you have a strong track record in delivering large-scale civils projects and are ready for your next challenge, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:1:Take full ownership of the civils package – from planning and sequencing to execution and delivery2:Work closely with client teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on time, on budget, and to spec3:Manage site teams, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met4:Proactively identify and resolve issues, driving solutions and mitigating risks5:Report progress, manage commercial and programme aspects, and keep stakeholders informed6:Champion health & safety best practices across the siteYour Profile:1:Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading civils and groundworks packages on large-scale construction projects2:Strong on delivery – a “boots on the ground” leader, visible and accountable on site3:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills4:Data centre project experience is a bonus, but solid civils PM experience is a must5:Ability to lead teams under pressure and deliver in fast-paced environmentsWhy ECC Group?At ECC Group, we’re trusted by global clients to deliver complex infrastructure and mission-critical projects.
