The client is looking for a Dutch-speaking Property Account Manager to work a 6 month rolling contract in the Netherlands (Hybrid).
Job Summary:
- The Property Account Manager will support property activities across telecoms sites.
- The position combines contract management, property negotiations, and relationship management, including direct communication with Dutch-speaking customers.
- The job is a combination of working out in the field , in the Breda office and remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage property contracts and related agreements.
- Conduct property and commercial negotiations.
- Build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Support property matters across a portfolio of telecoms sites.
- Visit telecoms sites throughout the Netherlands as required.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluent Dutch is essential for customer communication.
- Relevant experience in property account management, contract management, negotiation, or relationship management.
- Telecoms experience is required.
