If you’re a detail-driven leader with a passion for quality assurance and compliance, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:1: Lead and manage the QA/QC function for the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) disciplines2: Ensure project deliverables meet all quality and regulatory standards, industry best practices, and client expectations3: Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures4: Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and reviews – ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and safety protocols5: Drive a culture of quality throughout the project team and subcontractors6: Support close-out and handover documentation for client sign-offYour Profile:1: Experienced QA/QC Manager with a strong background in CSA disciplines2: Proven track record on large-scale construction projects – Data Centre experience highly desirable3: In-depth knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and quality systems4: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills5: Ability to work on site in Europe, leading teams across fast-paced, complex projects Why ECC Group?At ECC Group, we are trusted partners in delivering Europe’s most critical and complex builds.
