At GP-Connect, we connect international talent with companies across the Netherlands. To keep up with our growth, we’re looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead who combines structure and results with the ability to lead in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change within hours.

This is not your standard recruitment role. Your responsibilities go far beyond sourcing candidates: you’ll lead and support the team in making the perfect matches between clients and candidates, handle HR-related questions and cases, and ensure every part of the process runs smoothly from start to finish. It’s about monitoring, steering, teaching, and empowering your colleagues in the team, keeping performance high in a dynamic, constantly evolving setting.

You will be the driving force behind our international recruitment team: setting and tracking clear KPIs, ensuring follow-up, and keeping everyone aligned and focused. You know how to give direction, hold people accountable, and create a team spirit where people are motivated to deliver their best, no matter how the day develops.

Your role

• Lead, manage, and monitor team performance closely.

• Set and follow clear KPIs, ensuring consistent follow-up.

• Guide the team in making the right matches between clients and candidates.

• Support with HR-related questions and case handling.

• Oversee the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement.

• Support the team with key administrative follow-ups (e.g., sickness reporting).

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and results.

• Apply your experience in implementing/managing ERP/ATS systems.

You bring

• Experience in staffing/recruitment, including team leadership.

• Proven success in hitting recruitment targets and managing KPIs.

• Decisive, confident, and able to address issues directly.

• Excellent communication skills, connecting and convincing.

• Commercial mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.

• Availability to be on-site full time in Breda.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus, not a requirement.
