    As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving national sales growth in the logistics industry across the BeNeLux and Scandinavian regions. Your role centers on delivering comprehensive supply chain execution solutions, with a focus on our cutting-edge software and cloud technologies, complemented by consulting services. By offering tailored, end-to-end solutions, you address customer needs, foster long-term partnerships, and unlock opportunities in the evolving logistics landscape.

    Your tasks will be as follows:

  • You develop market entry strategies as well as country and customer specific sales strategies according to our revenue and growth targets.
  • You identify customer needs, market requirements and activities by conducting market research and analysis.
  • You manage direct sales activities from lead generation to final contract.
  • You maintain existing relationships to key customers through sustainable care.
  • You support our marketing activities and participate in industry conferences as well as in trade shows.
  • You work closely with our international subsidiaries and report directly to the Director of Sales Europe.
  • Your profile includes the following qualifications:

  • You have a master’s degree with a focus on (business) informatics, logistics and/or supply chain management.
  • You bring experience as a Sales Manager.
  • You have experience in logistics and an affinity for IT systems.
  • You have very good presentation skills.
  • You are competitive, sociable and enthusiastic.
  • You are characterised by flexibility and a willingness to travel.
  • Your profile is rounded off by a very good command of English and one of the BeNeLux languages, preferable french.
