This remote contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands local payroll legislation, and can collaborate effectively across teams and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Dutch payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and complianceSupport client implementations, go-lives, and onboarding activitiesProvide daily functional support and guidance to payroll teamsMaintain and update process documentation and client workbooksConduct system maintenance testing and ensure quality standardsResolve both functional and technical payroll issuesCollaborate with clients to identify process gaps and improvementsSupport year-end processes and ensure adherence to SLAsHandle escalations and communicate effectively with internal stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and processesExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience with confidential data and compliance standardsAbility to work independently and within global, cross-functional teamsPrior experience in payroll operations or HR consulting preferredFamiliarity with SAP, Workday, or other HRIS platforms is a plus
