Job description

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Senior Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team in Breda. In this role, you will ensure the efficient and compliant global distribution of investigational products, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will contribute to the smooth supply of medicines for clinical trials worldwide, supporting a mission that truly makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales Orders and Stock Transfer Orders.
  • Handle manual and electronic Proof of Receipt and perform temperature data reviews.
  • Manage site and transit temperature excursions, returns, and reconciliations.
  • Support expiry relabeling campaigns and import license management.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned areas, including training and KPI ownership.
  • Handle and process distribution-related complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as QA, Warehouse, Clinical Site Monitors, Couriers, and Customer Service teams.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to clinical supplies.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office; experience with automated business systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and able to resolve issues in a timely and compliant way.

    Salary from: €3700,- Salary to: €3900,-
