- End users tools – M365 tools – Teams, outlook, OneDrive config, management & Troubleshooting.
- Network Printer config on user devices.
- Install tools and software’s.
- OS Imaging process and knowledge on Intune.
- Analyze and Troubleshoot OS and Hardware issues.
- Ticketing tool – Service now.
- Good to have – knowledge on Okta, citrix functions.
- Excellent communication.
