Our IT Operations & Infrastructure team in Breda is looking for an intern who is curious, hands-on and ready to learn how IT really works in a global organization like Perfetti Van Melle.

Where you will make a difference

For over 100 years, we've been creating and selling some of the world's most loved brands – Mentos, Chupa Chups, Fruittella and many more. Behind the scenes, our IT teams make sure everything runs smoothly.

As an intern in the IT Operations & Infrastructure team, you will be part of the daily backbone of our organization and support colleagues across the business.

What you will do

You will support the team with a mix of operational and hands-on activities, such as:

Providing basic user support (1st line support, troubleshooting)

Supporting with administrative tasks (e.g. asset tracking, ticket follow-up)

Assisting in day-to-day IT operations

Updating and improving IT documentation and knowledge articles

You will work closely with experienced IT colleagues and get a good understanding of how IT operates in an international environment.

What we're looking for

You are an MBO student in IT, ICT, or a related field

You have an interest in IT support, infrastructure and systems

You are proactive, structured and eager to learn

You are comfortable helping others and have strong communication skills

You have a hands-on mentality and take ownership of your tasks

You are fluent in English and Dutch
