You will work closely with colleagues from our recent acquisition of Rescure and interact with product experts across Europe.We promote a performance-driven and people-centric culture, fostering shared success and continuous professional growth.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Territory Account Manager – Test & Measurements to represent Keysight’s advanced electronic measurement solutions across the Netherlands. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in RF/MW and digital/photonics systems, and proven experience in industries such as defense, telecommunications, automotive, and semiconductors.You will be responsible for developing and executing a territory sales strategy, building relationships with key customers, and driving revenue growth by positioning Keysight’s hardware, software, and integrated solutions.This position is for a highly motivated sales professional with responsibilities for:Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.Engage with strategic customers and prospects to understand their technical needs and propose tailored Keysight solutions.Collaborate with internal technical teams (Application Engineers, R&D, Project Managers) to deliver customer value and drive innovation.Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce and other CRM tools.Leverage account management tools including Business Plans and Account Plans to organize and prioritize sales activities.Participate in ongoing training related to technology trends and advanced sales techniques.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.5+ years of sales experience in electronic measurement and testing systems (e.g., RF, digital, photonics).Hands-on knowledge of instruments such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and oscilloscopes.Familiarity with radar, EW systems, telecommunications, digital, and automotive applications.Proven experience using Salesforce CRM and account management methodologies.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.Preferred QualificationsFluency in Dutch and French is a strong advantage given the multilingual Dutch market.Prior experience in complex B2B solution selling or in the defense/automotive R&D sector.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer focus and perseverance.Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented and goal-driven attitude.Careers Privacy Statementv***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
